BlueForge

About:

BlueForge is a student-led venture studio designed to engage students in a process of learning to optimally deploy their newly-acquired “career capital,” to inform their decisions, and vastly improve near- and long-term career outcomes.

BlueForge identifies great companies as prospective clients and partners with these revenue-generating, growth-stage companies to tackle strategic business challenges through focused advisory sprints, typically two weeks in duration. Students engage directly with founders and executive teams to analyze core areas of a company’s operations using the TEMPO framework (Team, Economics, Market Opportunity, Product or Service Strategy, Organization Design).

Students apply their personal experience and newly acquired MBA frameworks to real growth-ventures in a structured, two-week sprint model. BlueForge does not implement solutions but delivers strategic briefs, recommendations, and actionable clarity that help founders think through their next stage of growth. If founders and students match and work together well, implementation can continue beyond the scope of BlueForge. In some cases, this has resulted in students joining client companies as equity owners in their enterprise, giving them access to substantial upside as a business owner.

Led by faculty advisors and student leadership, BlueForge provides academic learning through applied experience, emphasizing ownership mentality, disciplined thinking, and long-term value creation.
