Seven new faculty members joined the BYU Marriott School of Business in 2025.

After earning an MPA from BYU Marriott in 1970, Michael Dyal focused on continual improvement and customer service in each of the four cities where he worked as a city manager.

David Hart, who teaches ethics to MPA students in the BYU Marriott School of Business, hopes his students come to see that the key to making ethical decisions starts with intentions.
