BYU students can choose from eleven business language courses that provide useful training preparing students to operate within the multilingual corporate environment.
Course material emphasizes business concepts, conversing, reading, presenting, résumé writing, interviewing skills in the foreign culture, and expanding business vocabulary. The business language courses are designed to benefit experienced speakers of the language. The class focuses on aspects of the language that are not taught in general language classes or on church missions. The benefits from these courses can jumpstart anyone’s marketability in this globalized world. The business language courses help refine and develop the necessary language skills to communicate and conduct business.
