Biography

Neil Lundberg, Ph.D., MTRS, is Professor and Department Chair of Experience Design and Management at Brigham Young University. His teaching and research focus on creating therapeutic, inclusive, and transformative experiences. He has extensive training, certification, and practice in the Experience Economy, Event Design, and Design Thinking and applies these principles within higher education and therapeutic environments.
