Bring the following items with you:
- Draft Form 48, Academic Plan
- Completed Pre-participatory Sports Physical
- Original Birth Certificate
- Original Social Security Card
- Any college transcripts (unofficial is fine)
- Any other certificates (Eagle Scout, JROTC, CAP)
- Laptop/tablet
- BYU Net ID
