Physical Training

Physical Training (PT) is an organized fitness program designed to educate and assist you in establishing a regular fitness program that will remain with you throughout your Air Force career and the rest of your life. You will learn how to stay healthy through proper diet and exercise. Maintaining your health will improve other parts of your life. Every cadet will be given the opportunity to successfully pass the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) each semester. PT will help increase your PFA score and maintain a physically fit body while helping you maintain a healthy body. 

Objectives 

  • Provide cadets with the knowledge, ability, motivation and experience to be fit for life 
  • Help cadets achieve their highest PFA scores 
  • Generate Esprit de Corps and teamwork in the wing and among each cadet 
  • Have fun while achieving all other goals
