Craig Sorensen has been building cause brands, forging cause partnerships and leading cause innovation for almost 20 years. His recent adventures included creating and developing a dedicated internal innovation. This “blue sky”, “blue ocean”, “skunkworks”, “R&D” - whatever the current cool term might be - team with a focus on long-term philanthropic innovation was one of the first in North America. To create this team and its processes Craig has learned and borrowed from successful innovation across the world.

He has worked with leaders from Walt Disney Resorts, OXFAM, Google, IDEO, WWF, Walmart and Cancer Research UK. His innovation work has resulted in new concept development techniques designed and suited for the non-profit world. Craig and his team created Ignite - the first-ever Cause Innovation Conference - to share their work and the spirit of innovation with organizations around the world.

Craig is currently the Chief Concept Officer for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. He has earned an MBA and a BA in Advertising from Brigham Young University.
