Biography

Kim Scoville joined the Entrepreneurship faculty in 2007, after practicing as a corporate attorney for over 10 years. She is an Intellectual Property and Licensing Attorney with expertise in Entrepreneurship, Brand Development, International Market Expansion, Technology Licensing and Business Contracts. She served as In-house Legal Counsel at Nu Skin Enterprises, Altiris (now Symantec) and Canadian Saska. She has sat on the boards of many start-up companies including PIC Development, Provo Business Development Corporation, iPreserve, Canadian Saska, and Continuum iCare, as well holding a majority share of a local retail business for 9 years. Private practice and consulting clients include the Forever Young Foundation and Wasatch Adaptive Sports. She is an avid Cougar sports fan, and especially enjoys the fulfillment that comes from doing "anything and everything" with her 3 children.
