Biography

Nicole Donahoo is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the BYU Marriott School of Business. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from BYU Marriott before completing her Ph.D. in accounting at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she also taught in their undergraduate accounting program. She has professional experience in the forensic accounting field and currently teaches undergraduate auditing courses in BYU Marriott’s School of Accountancy. Her research primarily examines how external factors shape auditors’ experiences and decision-making, using predominantly qualitative methods.
