Biography

Kevin Ball serves as an Executive Consultant and Adjunct Professor, bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience from his tenure at ExxonMobil. Throughout his career, he held diverse technology and business positions spanning corporate technology strategy, global IT leadership, and major project management.

As a technology executive at ExxonMobil, Kevin led international operations, including a two-year assignment in Bangkok, Thailand, where he directed a large global team responsible for supporting the company's IT organization. His expertise in navigating complex technological landscapes and driving strategic initiatives has established him as a respected voice in the field.

Kevin thrives at the intersection of people and technology, demonstrating a passion for sharing insights from his career with both the companies he consults with and the students he mentors. A graduate of Brigham Young University, he earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Information Systems in 2003, where he was recognized as Student of the Year.

Currently residing in Springville, Utah, Kevin balances his professional endeavors with an outdoor lifestyle that includes mountain biking, hiking, landscaping, and quality time with his wife and adult children.
