Conference registration information will be sent directly to invited participants after November 1st. The conference registration fee is $275 and includes a conference gift and an outdoor activity. Please reach out to Tim Gubler (timgub@byu.edu) with questions. To complete the registration process you will need to 1) pay the conference fee through the conference registration system and then 2) book your hotel room directly with Sundance in the room block at the link provided.
There are multiple types of rooms, and room types are first-come first-served, so please register early! Registration closes on February 19th 2027.

Sundance Mountain Skiing/Snowboarding
12:00 – 4:30PM
Your ski pass will be covered by BYU. You will need to bring or rent your own ski/snowboarding equipment.

Soldier Hollow Tubing – 4 person minimum
1:15 – 4:45PM (session from 2:00-4:00)
Soldier Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park near Midway offers the longest tubing lanes in Utah. The hill has lengthy 1,200 foot sliding lanes with lift service for towing people up the hill for tubing and a sound system keeps the airwaves full of enjoyable tunes.
Transportation will be provided to and from Soldier Hollow.

Sundance Guided Snowshoe Tour – 2 person minimum

Local Snowshoe tour with Naturalist. Snowshoe tours are a great way to get out into nature without experiencing the crowds of the ski resort. Snowshoe tour includes transportation and take place at the Nordic Center/Sundance. You will need to bring or rent your own snowshoeing equipment.
