Human Resource Management

Explores how leaders attract, develop, and retain talent while building effective teams and organizational culture.

Marketing Management

Develops analytical tools for understanding customers, shaping strategy, and making informed marketing decisions.

Managerial Accounting I

Covers cost accounting concepts used to evaluate profitability, support strategic decisions, and manage performance.

Operations Management

Focuses on operational excellence across processes and supply chains, including capacity planning, forecasting, lean systems, and continuous improvement.

Intentional Principles for Leading and Thriving: Razor’s Edge A

Introduces principles of thriving personally, within families, and as leaders. Draws from motivation theory and positive psychology. Includes a three-day experiential learning experience and creation of a personal plan to thrive.

Focuses on aligning strategy, structure, culture, and leadership to drive organizational performance and manage change.

Strategy

Applies strategic frameworks to competitive environments using case analysis. Emphasizes enterprise-level thinking and long-term value creation.

Business Ethics

Examines ethical decision making, leadership responsibility, and corporate accountability within a values-based framework.

Introduction to Global Management

Integrates strategy, finance, operations, marketing, and human resources in a global context.

International Business Tours

Provides immersive exposure through visits to global companies and interaction with international executives.

Intentional Principles for Leading and Thriving: Razor’s Edge B

Builds on first-year concepts with emphasis on time, energy, resilience, and well-being. Students develop and present a comprehensive Plan to Thrive as a capstone leadership experience.

Electives

Students complete five elective courses aligned with professional goals and areas of interest while continuing core coursework.
