Fall 2026 Update

Offices in Temporary Locations During Construction 

As construction continues into fall semester, please find these offices in temporary building locations until construction in their areas is completed:

• Ballard Center for Social Impact (room 2424) 
• Information Technology (room 7164) 
• Marketing and Communication (room 6180, with some offices in 185 Grant Building) 
• Mental Health & Well-Being (7229) 
• Web Team (185 Grant Building) 
• Whitmore Global Business Center (room 1482)

Tanner Building Rooms Changed to Four-Digit Numbers 

Room numbers in the Tanner Building are changing to align with the university numbering systems and to avoid duplicate numbers with the building’s west numbers system. The new four-digit room numbers are labeled outside each room and the building maps have both the old and new numbers listed for reference and navigation. Study Spaces Limited for Fall Semester 

Many student study spaces have transitioned into temporary offices spaces to support Undergraduate Advisement, the Ballard Center, and the Global Business Center employees and functions until those offices are completed. Because of the limited accessible study spaces available to students, students, TAs, and RAs are recommended to utilize designated campus study spaces in the library or other open areas across campus. 

The MACC and MISM graduate lounges, MISM TA labs, Marketing and Behavioral labs are closed until winter 2027.
