Biography:

David Smith is a managing partner of The Larry H. Miller Company. He formerly served as chief strategy officer and COO. Prior to working at Larry H. Miller, David worked at Leucadia National Corporation as head of mergers & acquisitions, at Koch Industries as director of business development, and at Ford Motor Company. He previously served as a member of the board of directors of the Salt Lake City branch of the San Francisco Federal Reserve. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and his MBA from BYU. David and Karen have four sons and a daughter.
