I am a diligent human resource thought partner who helps organizations achieve better results by aligning people, process, and culture to enable human systems that deliver business results. I use business acumen and data to select and apply talent management, compensation, and other labor strategies to achieve productive organizational outcomes.
I held a variety of HR roles while at Chevron including Senior Compensation Analyst in the Total Remuneration COE, HR Manager with Project Resources Company (PRC), Senior HR Business Partner with Saudi Arabia Chevron, HR Business Partner and Payroll Team Lead in the Gulf of Mexico Business Unit, and Labor Relations Analyst with Corporate HR. I joined Chevron in 2008 as part of Chevron's HR Development Program. During my time in the Human Resources Development Program my roles included: working on HR Special Projects in the Manila Shared Services Center (Philippines), supporting Chevron's refining operations (Richmond, CA), working with Saudi Arabian Chevron on projects including organizational change, expatriate administration, workforce development, and employee relations (Kuwait), working as an HR business partner, and working in the Corporate Compensation (Both in San Ramon, CA).
In 2008 I graduated from Brigham Young University with an MBA majoring in organizational behavior and human resources. Prior to getting my MBA I worked for seven years in the printing industry with experience in e-commerce, procurement, and client reporting. I received my undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois in Organizational Communication.
