We develop leaders of faith, intellect, and character who are prepared to make meaningful contributions to healthcare. Through the Healthcare Leadership Minor, the Healthcare Leadership Association, career support, networking events, case competitions, and hands-on learning opportunities, we help students:

  1. Contribute effectively to the leadership and administration of healthcare organizations.
  2. Understand the internal and external challenges facing the healthcare industry.
  3. Gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of healthcare leadership and management.
