Healthcare Leadership Association

Our Mission

The mission of the Healthcare Leadership Association (HLA) is to produce and inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders in all disciplines to make a positive impact on the global healthcare system and transform it through Christlike leadership.

The HLA will accomplish this by (1) educating our students to be competent in the complexities of the healthcare system, (2) providing our students with the networks and resources needed to obtain employment of their choice in the healthcare industry, (3) challenging our students with experiential learning and service opportunities that will prepare them for leadership in the healthcare industry, and (4) inviting alumni to inspire and encourage the next generation of healthcare leaders.
