Biography:
Al serves as a consultant of his own practice focusing primarily on defense and aerospace with an emphasis on helping small businesses contribute to keeping the American militarily strong. He’s had titles of Director, VP, CEO, & Director. While living in Utah, from 2010 – 2016, he served in the Utah State Senate representing District 14, which encompassed much of northern Utah County. Mr. Jackson has a BS degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He serves on the leadership team of Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies. He sits on the Board of Thrive DC, which provides vulnerable individuals, specifically, the homeless, with comprehensive services to help stabilize their lives in Washington, DC. Al is also an active participate on the Board of the Woodson Center. The Woodson Center’s mission is to empower community-based leaders to promote solutions that reduce crime, violence, restore families, revitalize underserved communities, and assist in the creation of economic enterprise. Al mentors’ young people in a variety of settings and is called upon to speak on topics related to business, leadership, spirituality, and government.
