Biography:

Matt Oldroyd is CEO of Evolution Motion Solutions, a leading industrial motion control solutions company. Since taking the helm in 2017, he has structured a minority private equity investment followed by a full-platform buyout with Platte River Equity, and led the rebranding of the company into a unified industrial leader. Previously, Matt was president and CEO of Partsmaster, where he also served as country manager of NCH Japan, leading a water treatment company and an industrial lubrication business through a turnaround. He began his career as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Matt earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA in finance, cum laude, from the University of Utah. Matt and his wife, Jennifer, have four children.
