Biography:
Sam Hales is a private equity real estate fund manager with $360M+ AUM and is the founder of the Saratoga Group. He has 15 years of real estate and management experience in distressed asset workouts, land development, redevelopment, single family and mobile home communities. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from BYU and his MBA from Wharton Business School. He is the father of 10 and now "Papa" to 4 grandchildren. Hobbies include sand volleyball, basketball, wakesurfing, efoiling, and mountain biking.
