Biography:

JT Davis is a partner at Silver Point Capital and serves as the head of the firm’s public side, overseeing the firm’s credit and special situations businesses as well as its CLO platform. He is also the co-portfolio manager of the flagship hedge funds and dislocation drawdown funds.

JT joined Silver Point in 2008 and became a partner in 2019. He is a member of the credit committee, portfolio committee, markets committee, and the risk committee for the flagship hedge funds, dislocation drawdown funds, and tactical credit opportunities fund. Prior to Silver Point, he worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

JT graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting.
