Biography:
Rulon Stacey is serving as president of the Canada Toronto Mission. He was director of graduate programs in health administration at the University of Colorado Denver and a partner at Guidehouse Consulting. He is the past chairman of the board of overseers for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, an Honorary Fellow of the International Hospital Federation, and recipient of the Gold Medal, the highest honor of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Rulon was CEO of Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and his master’s degree in health administration from BYU and his PhD in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver. Rulon and Linda have four daughters and six wonderful grandchildren.
