Biography:

Steve Sloan is a managing director and head of Greenhill’s Capital Advisory Group. Previously he co-founded and served as managing partner at Cogent Partners, which Greenhill acquired in 2015. Steve previously worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs & Co. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems with a minor in Japanese from BYU, and he earned his master’s degree in international studies and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. Stephen and Vanessa have four children.
