Biography:

Jim Ritchie is founder of Ritchie Enterprises. He has worked as senior vice president of sales and training for FranklinCovey, founded and owned several companies including restaurants, hotels, a Chevrolet dealership, and distributorships. He earned his bachelor?s degree in accounting from BYU and performed graduate studies at the University of Utah and UCLA. Jim and Carolyn have eight children.
