Biography:

Brad Rencher is CEO and responsible for the operations of BambooHR, the leading cloud platform that helps transform employee experiences. Before BambooHR he worked as executive vice president and general manager at Adobe, where he led a global engineering and business organization focused on creating the industry's leading end-to-end digital marketing platform—the Adobe Marketing Cloud. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from BYU and his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern. He is an active participant in the local technology community and serves on the board of directors of the Utah Technology Council. Brad and Sara have three children.
