Biography:

Ralph Neilson is the managing general partner with Le Baron Investments, which he co-founded in 1977. Le Baron Investments develops and manages shopping centers in southern California. He was formerly a vice president and manager with Union Bank of California. He was a founding director of DeAnza National Bank. Ralph earned his bachelor's degree in business management from BYU and his MBA from Utah State University. He is currently serving as a temple ordinance worker. Ralph and Roseann have a combined family of twelve children.
