Biography:

Thomas Grimm is a partner and co-owner of Red Star Traders and Flow Well Systems. From October 1998 to September 2002 he was executive vice president of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and president and CEO of Sam's Club. He also serves on the board of directors for Naartjie Children's Clothing; was chairman of the board for Operation Smile; was president and CEO of the Pace Warehouse Club division of Kmart Stores; and was founder, president, and CEO of Price Savers Wholesale Warehouse Inc. Tom graduated from Weber State University. Tom and Sandy have four children.
