Biography:

Fred Carpenter is CEO of Pharos Luz Advisors and chairman of three CEO Peer Advisory Groups associated with Vistage Worldwide. Formerly he was the managing principal of The Glenwood Group. Before founding Glenwood, Fred worked with Equitec Financial Group and Bechtel Investments. Fred earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from BYU.
