Biography:

Carl Blackham retired as the managing director at BMO Harris Bank, where he oversaw the bank’s corporate banking relationships within the protein sector. Additionally, he served as the bank’s official representative to key industry trade associations. BMO Harris Bank is the U.S. subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal based in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank, Carl was a vice president with Bank of America. He earned his MBA at BYU and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Utah State University. Carl is active in the local Boy Scouts of America council. He served with his wife in the Australia Sydney Mission. Carl and Elaine have five children and many grandchildren.
