Biography:

Britt R. Berrett is a faculty member at the University of Texas at Dallas. Previously he served thirty years in executive positions in hospital administration in the not-for-profit, for-profit, community, and faith-based sectors. Britt is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and published a New York Times best selling book, Patients Come Second. Britt earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from BYU, his master’s degree in health administration from Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, and his PhD in public affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. Britt and Lori are the parents of three children.
