Biography:

Nolan Archibald is the retired chairman and CEO of Black & Decker Corporation. Following the merger with Stanley Works in 2010, he became executive chairman of the board for Stanley Black & Decker. Nolan served as CEO of Black & Decker for twenty-four years. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the Hunstman Corporation and is a former member of the board of directors of Lockheed Martin Corporation and Brunswick Corporation. He also serves on the President’s Leadership Council for BYU. Nolan earned his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He has served as a bishop, stake president, and area seventy. Nolan and Margaret are the parents of seven sons and one daughter and many grandchildren.
