Biography:

Stephanie Gaufin is currently the managing director of the private equity firm American Pacific Group (APG). Prior to APG, she was a principal at KKR on its healthcare team. Before KKR, she was a vice president at Mainsail Partners on its growth technology team. She also worked at Meta, Altamont Capital Partners, McKinsey & Company, and Goldman Sachs before completing business school. Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in finance from BYU where she was a Hinckley Scholar and earned her MBA from Stanford University where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, travel, and ski. Stephanie and her husband, James Kissell (also a NAC member), live with their two children in San Francisco.
