Biography:
Curtis LaClaire is the board chairman at Aero Financial Credit Union. He has been a board member since 2018. He is also the CEO at Careers Launch Talent Group, a recruiting and outplacement services firm. He is an HR and talent expert with over 20 years of experience building and boosting the performance of executives, teams, and organizations. Prior to founding Careers Launch, Curtis was the CHRO at Foster Farms and a senior HR executive at Honeywell International. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Idaho State University and his JD/MBA from BYU. He is a member of the Mendota Mdewakanton Dakota community. Mesa, Arizona is home for Curtis and his wife, Becky, and six children.
