Biography:

Troy Bourne is a partner with Spieker Senior Development, a leading developer of California-based continuing care retirement communities. Prior to joining Spieker, he worked with the Boston Consulting Group and KPMG. In addition to his professional experiences, Troy has served as the mayor of San Juan Capistrano and in other Orange County civic responsibilities. He earned his bachelor’s and master's degrees in accounting from BYU and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Troy and Mandy have six children, four of whom are currently attending BYU.
