Biography:

Stephanie Allen Egbert is a Director within the Missionary Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She thrives on improving performance, creating effective messaging, designing memorable learning experiences, building high-capacity teams, and helping colleagues attain their full potential.

She earned a PhD in Instructional Technology from Utah State University in 2003 and a Master of Public Administration from the BYU Marriott School of Business in 2020. Stephanie is married to David Egbert and enjoys being a stepmom to David’s four children. When Stephanie and David aren’t working, you will often find them skiing, hiking, or backpacking in one of Utah’s beautiful canyons.
