Biography:

Bio

She worked as an Event Manager for a venue, Arbor Manor Reception Center, for a few years and worked with the owner of the venue to open up a boutique wedding vendor experience, Wedding Source. Following that, she worked in project management for Henriksen Butler, an office furniture dealer. It was while in this position that she became really interested in joining Human Resources as she had an interest in serving internal customers: employees. The VP of HR took a chance on her and hired her as HR employee #2 as an HR Assistant. After getting her feet wet in HR, she joined Cricut, where she presently works. She built from the ground up the HR systems strategy and implementation; employee experience programs including onboarding, off-boarding and performance management; and set up entities and HR processes in 18 new countries as the company became international. She currently leads the HR Business Partner and International HR teams.
