Started in computer electrical engineering, did circuit board design in California, then he was interested in organizational design development. There was an individual that convinced him to do MBA with focus in OB/HR, then worked for a few great companies. He did internship in P&G, then started with Kellogg, had a few great opportunities with Kellogg, and they sold Keebler Brand to Ferrara.
