Biography:
Michael Dyal retired from government service after 30 years as a city manager. He fulfilled his professional goal of Continuous Improvement/Customer Service while serving as city manager in four states. He was selected to perform short assignments abroad for the US Congress (Romania); Japan Local Government Center; and a University in Sao Paulo Brazil. He received an M.S. in Public Administration from Brigham Young University in 1970 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1968. Michael and Margaret Young Dyal have been married for 43 years; they have 6 children and 17 grandchildren. They have both served four missions – three as a couple in Brazil, Portugal, and Utah.
