Biography:

Jay Meldrum is a national deals principal based in PwC's Dallas office. He has more than twenty years of experience in valuation analysis and financial advisory work. He has performed numerous advisory projects including purchase price allocations, mergers and acquisitions, tax reorganizations, corporate planning and strategy, and bankruptcy assignments. He also serves as PwC's lead relationship partner for BYU. Jay earned his bachelor's degree in finance from BYU and his MBA from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA. He enjoys sports, running, scuba diving, and spending time with his family. Jay and Jennifer have five children.
