Biography:
Jennifer Francom Johnson works as an Assistant Community Manager for the Desert Color Community Association. CCMC in Saint George, Utah. Her current role is to provide services to residents, including financial services, technology, architectural review, community standards, maintaining assets, governance, and vendor management.
Before joining CCMC, Jennifer was the HR/Finance Director for EOQS, Management Consulting Firm. EOQS is a consulting management company for Residential Treatment Centers. Jennifer assisted the Executive Team in finance and HR functions. Jennifer also worked for six years as the HR Manager/Bookkeeper for Lake House Academy in Flat Rock, NC. Jennifer worked for various non-profit organizations writing grants, including The Queen Center and Discovery Clubhouse. From 2002- 2008, Jennifer worked for the State Department of Health working to establish Dental Health coverage for rural Utah communities. Jennifer collaborated with Utah State University in conducting research for Public Land grants, which assisted communities with school and health funding, as well as evaluated state insurance programs for the non-insured, underinsured, and those on Medicaid.
Jennifer graduated from Brigham Young University’s Romney Institute of Public Management with a Master of Public Administration degree in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Utah State University.
Jennifer has three amazing children. She lives in sunny Saint George, Utah. She is an avid pickleball player and sun worshipper.
