Biography:

James Roddy is global co-head of J.P. Morgan’s diversified industries banking group which includes companies in the capital goods, aerospace & defense, automotive, transportation & logistics, basic materials, chemicals, and metals & mining sectors. He was a member of J.P. Morgan’s global mergers and acquisitions group for fifteen years, where he was one of the firm’s fairness opinion policy officers and worked on many of the firm’s highest-profile transactions. Prior to running the global diversified industries group, James was instrumental in creating J.P. Morgan’s market-leading regional investment banking and M&A business. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2000.
