Biography:

Carine Clark is Chief Innovation Officer at Lumio HX. She was a data-driven marketing executive at Novell, Altiris, and Symantec, which opened doors to lead Allegiance, MartizCX, Banyan, and Ember as president and CEO. She was a general partner at Pelion Venture Partners. Carine serves on the executive boards of The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development and Silicon Slopes. She has received numerous awards including the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in the Utah Region and Utah Business Magazine’s CEO of the Year. Carine earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and MBA from BYU. She enjoys traveling, exploring, and doing hard things with her family. Carine and Bryan have two sons.
