Biography:

Scott Neal is the chief merchandizing officer for Sprouts Farmers Market in Arizona. He was selected by the Walton family as the Sam M. Walton Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 and he served as the senior vice president, GMM of Meat/Seafood/Fresh Quality Control and Sourcing Strategy. From joining Walmart in 1996, he was responsible for the Latin American buying strategy, the buying function for Walmart Mexico, and was vice president of International Food and Consumables. He also led International Cost Strategy and Branded Imports before transitioning to the role of vice president of U.S Bakery/Commercial Bread in 2007. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from BYU. Scott and Kim have four children.
