Biography:

Jack Roddy is a proud graduate of BYU-H and Columbia University. The first half of his career was spent as a management consultant at Accenture and Mercer Delta. For the last decade, he has worked in a variety of HR roles with Starbucks, Luxottica, and Johnson & Johnson. He recently left his position as the chief human resources and culture officer at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment and is now the chief people officer at VASA Fitness. Jack enjoys leading the HR function and driving a thriving company culture. Jack and Laurie have three children.
