Biography:

Michael Hansen is the Chief Strategic Communications and Messaging Officer at BYU. From 2020-2023 he served as the president of the France Paris Mission. He retired from Nike in 2020 after a 20-year career with roles in sports marketing, licensing, and strategic planning. Prior to Nike, his career experience included commercial real estate and university administration. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree and his MBA from BYU. Michael and Jeanne have four children and five grandchildren.
