Biography:

Samuel Cowley is the senior vice president and general counsel of Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 technology company. Before Insight, he was the general counsel and vice president of business development for Prestige Brands, a NYSE listed company. Prior to that he served as general counsel of two additional publicly traded companies. Earlier he was a securities and mergers & acquisitions partner at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix for seventeen years and an associate at a corporate finance law firm in New York City. Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from BYU and his law degree from Cornell University. Sam and Colette have four children.
