Biography:

Liz Wiseman is CEO of The Wiseman Group and teaches leadership to executives around the world. She is the author of three best-selling management books: Multipliers, The Multiplier Effect, and Rookie Smarts. At Oracle Corporation she worked for seventeen years as the vice president of Oracle University and as the global leader for human resource development. She has worked and traveled in more than fifty countries. Liz earned her bachelor's degree in business management and her master's degree in organizational behavior from BYU. Liz and Larry have four children.
