Biography:

As a child, Karen Tashjian moved with her family to 10 different homes all around the United States. She swam competitively for, and graduated from, the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism. She worked as an ad agency executive, but eventually retired to focus on raising their 3 kids. She enjoys friendships, old and new, hiking, biking, fly fishing, dance, vegetable gardening, and training therapy dogs. She adores her three children and six grandchildren. She and her family were baptized in 1997.
