Biography:

Laurie Hoer was raised in California and Colorado and is a graduate of BYU. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and enjoyed raising her children in China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. She wrote a vegan cookbook and loves scuba diving, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Michael and Laurie have four children.
