Biography:

Elaine Blackham earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Utah State University where she and Carl met. She enjoys quilting, reading, walking, serving in the temple, traveling, and spending time with children and grandchildren. Carl and Elaine have five children and many grandchildren.
